Larry E. Jenkins, 71, of Buckingham, passed away November 8, 2013. He was born in Welch, WV to the late Roy M. Jenkins, Jr. and Thelma Holloway Jenkins. He served 26 years in the United States Navy, followed by a career with DTI in Crystal City, VA and was a lifetime member of VFW Post 7916 in Occoquan, VA. He is survived by his children, Leanne Jenkins-Byers (Kyle), Christopher Jenkins, David Jenkins, Michael Jenkins and Roy M. Jenkins III; five grandchildren, Keith Asbury, Genevieve Jenkins, Alfonzo Waldon, Anna Clancy and Cassandra Jenkins; one brother, Alan Jenkins; a loving friend, Eileen Jenkins Butler; his best buddy, Wayne Dearie; and many more relatives and friends.
