Larry C. White, 68, of Westminster, died Saturday, November 7, 2015, at Carroll Hospital. Born April 21, 1947 in Finksburg, he was the son of Francis White of Finksburg and the late May Elizabeth Hannah Mann White. He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Heidi Gisinger White.
Before retiring he was the supervisor of Assessments and Taxation for Carroll County. He was a lifelong member of Sandy Mount United Methodist Church, Past President of the Westminster Jaycees, Executive Vice President of the Maryland Jaycees, Past President of Maryland JCI Senate, member of the Westminster Elks and the Maryland Loyalist Battalion, a Revolutionary War Re-enactment Group.
Besides his wife and father, he is survived by sons and daughter-in-law, Nathan C. and Jessica White of Chicago, Ill. and Adam G. White of Westminster, brother and sister-in-law, Gary F. and Sandra White of Tampa, FL, a sister Laurie White Boswell of Finksburg and brother-in-law and sister-in-law, David and Wendy Gardner of Tega Cay, SC.
