Lanna Jo Lipka, 59, of 2622 4th St, Peru, passed away on August 15, 2015 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
Mrs. Lipka was born on October 3, 1955 in Lanark, IL to Loris and Leona (Larson) Daws. She married Dennis Lipka on November 7, 1993. She worked at Hoovers Manufacturing for 15 years.
Mrs. Lipka enjoyed gardening. She also liked to put together jigsaw puzzles and completing crossword puzzles.
She is survived by her mother Leona of Lena; her husband Dennis of Peru; two daughters Lanette (Brian) Robson and Rebecca (Joe) Kubly both of Peru; three stepsons Ryan (Ashley) Lipka of Racine, WI, Shawn (Corrie) Lipka of Dakota, and Jonathan (Brittanie Rubio) Lipka of Joliet; two sisters Lyine (Dave) Frager of Rockford and Lesia (Brent) Searcy of Lena; one brother Larry Daws of Lanark; seven grandchildren; a niece; two nephews; several great nieces and nephews; and a new grandbaby expected.
She was preceded in death by her father Loris, her father- and mother-in-law Herman and Annabelle Lipka.
