Lanita Ann Baker 1949-2015 Lanita Ann Baker, age 66, a loving mother, sister, grandmother and friend, passed away peacefully at her home on October 25th. She was born in Alexander City, AL and spent most of her childhood in Pensacola, FL. In her later years, she resided in Northern Virginia. She is survived by her daughters, Brandi and Courtney, her five grandchildren, Asia, Finley, Jake, Oliver and Kaia, and her three siblings, Eva (Rieda), Debra and Holley, and other family members. Lanita was loved by her family and cherished by the friends she made in the U.S. and overseas. She adored her grandchildren and made them all feel special.
