Lanie Creech, 66, Roanoke, IN, passed away on Monday, January 18, 2016, at St. Joseph Hospital, Fort Wayne, IN.
Mr. Creech was born on February 3, 1949, in Perry County, KY, to Alex and Millie (Caudill) Creech. His parents preceded him in death. Mr. Creech married Rhonda Trumbauer on June 3, 1986. She survives and resides in Roanoke, IN.
Mr. Creech graduated from Roanoke High School in 1966. He became a journeyman tool maker by trade. Mr. Creech was the founder and current owner of Foil Die International, Huntington, IN.
Along with his wife he is survived by four sons, Nicholas Creech (Thom Allard), Flagler Beach, FL; Nathan (Amanda) Creech, Austin, TX; Paul (Leisa) Wiley, Roanoke, IN, and Christipher (Joanie) Wiley, Huntington, IN; and two daughters, Christina C. (Dale) Wray, Bloomington, IN and Tonia (Robert) Smith, Huntington, IN. Also surviving are two brothers, Alex (Bonnie) Creech, Fort Wayne, IN, Joseph (Catherine) Creech, Roanoke, IN; and three sisters, Helen McGinnes, Roanoke, IN, Joan Martz, Fort Wayne, IN, and Gerri (Jim) Myers, Laotto, IN. Also surviving are 14 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Along with his parents he was preceded in death by two sisters, Ella Mae Mowery and Merle Sparks.
