Lance Antonio MacFarlane, 39, of Idaho Falls, passed away May 5, 2018, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.
Lance was born November 25, 1978, in Woodland, California, to Lance MacFarlane and Alicia Negrete MacFarlane. He grew up and attended schools in the area and graduated from Dixon High School.
On March 14, 2011, he married Shana Ray Birchman in Sacramento, California. To this union were born three children: Kourtney, Dalylah, and Jaxson. Lance and Shana moved to Idaho Falls, Idaho, where Lance worked as a Construction Operator for Vince Hill Trucking & Construction Company.
