Kurt Edmund Litka, of Cromwell, passed away on Sunday, September 25, 2016 at the age of 47 after an extended illness. Born in Middletown, he was the son of Catherine (Williams) Litka of Cromwell and the late Fred R. Litka. Kurt graduated from Cromwell High School, Class of 1987. He attended Middlesex Community College and worked at Stop and Shop for 25 years. Kurt loved music and he and his friends attended many rock concerts. He collected records, CD’s and anything to do with music. He enjoyed his laptops, computer and tablet. Kurt also loved animals and especially his long, haired Chihuahua named Cooper. Along with his mother, Kurt is survived by his brother, Karl E. Litka and his sister, Leslie Ragaglia and her husband, Michael and their son, Shawn Ragaglia.
