Krystyna Dziubasik, 65, of West Hartford, wife of the late Jan J. Dziubasik, passed away on Friday, April 29, 2016, in the comfort of her home with her family by her side. Born on January 4, 1951 in Nowy Targ, Poland. Krystyna was the daughter of the late Szczepan and Helena (Sulka) Slowakiewicz. Krystyna was a communicant of Ss Cyril & Methodius Church in Hartford, where she was a member and President of the Rosary Society. Her greatest joy in life was her family. She loved being a mother and grandmother and spending time creating memories with her family. Krystyna found joy in helping others and she always put the needs of everyone before her own. In her leisure time, she enjoyed gardening and taking frequent trips to Poland to visit family. She is survived by her children, Thomas J. Dziubasik of Webster, MA and Monika V. DelMonte and her husband, Benjamin of West Hartford, her grandchildren, Dominik J. Dziubasik, Sofia M. Dziubasik and James J. DelMonte, as well as two brothers and one sister. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by three brothers and three sisters.
