WILLARD – Krista Kay Olsen 32, we lost our sweet daughter, sister, aunt and best friend on April 29, 2016.
Krista was born January 22, 1984 in Brigham City, Utah a daughter of Keith Tony and Ronda Johnson Olsen. She grew up in Willard.
Krista was intrigued with the medical field and chose to earn her CNA from Ogden/Weber ATC, she later attended Weber State. Krista worked many years as a phlebotomist for Ogden Regional Hospital. She loved working with people especially the elderly and enjoyed listening to their life stories.
Krista was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and loved her Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. She was always a very spiritual person.
She enjoyed traveling, especially to faraway places, one of her favorite destinations being Europe. Krista was fascinated by her family history and Danish culture.
Krista was unapologetic, honest, bold and fearless. Krista was a fierce and loyal friend and she loved you unconditionally. She was there for you, day or night. Krista had a huge heart for people and animals alike. She loved art, music, tinker bell, dolphins, scary shows, reading and most importantly her family and friends. Krista had a great sense of humor, keeping all of us laughing.
Surviving are her parents: Keith and Ronda Olsen: siblings: April (Rusty) May; Ryan Olsen and Jared Olsen; two nephews: Aiydyn and Ryker, whom she was extremely protective of, and soon to be niece Rowynn. Also many aunts, uncles and cousins. She will also be missed by her kitties: Mama Kitty, Izzy Bear and Hermie Girl.
She was greeted by her numerous grandparents and is now listening to their stories.
