Kleland M. Delker, 90, formerly of Rte. 973 East, Cogan Station, died, Thursday, July 22, 2010 at the Gatehouse following a brief illness.
Kleland’s first wife, the former Bernice Brewer, died in February 1975, his second wife, the former Marjorie McEntire, died in May 2008.
Kleland was a member of the Balls Mills United Methodist Church and an Army veteran of World War II.
Kleland was an iron melter for the former Anchor Darling Valve Co.
Born Sept. 30, 1919 in Salladasburg, he was the son of George and Goldy Farnsworth Delker.
Surviving are a son, Larry W. (Sue) of Deland, FL; stepson, Bruce W. Harlan of Galena, OH; brothers, Clyde E. of Williamsport and John V. of Cogan Station; two grandchildren; three step grandchildren; four great grandchildren; two step great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Kleland was predeceased by a brother, Clair E. Delker and a sister, Irene G. Mitchley.
