Klebert Urger Guidry (K.U Clift) peacefully passed away on November 15th 2014, at the age of 84. He is preceded in death by his parents Klebert U. and Pauline Guidry, Brothers: Leon, Kirby, Duffy and Delton Guidry, Sisters: Rita Mae, Gladys, Grace, Stella, and his step grandchild Carrey. He is survived by his children Cindy (Lynn) Fischer, Bradley Guidry, and Clift’s longtime companion Marlene Smith and her children Debbie, Buddy, and Diane. Also survived by his siblings: Daniel (Margaret) Guidry, Lily Mercer, Joyce Armstrong, Pearl Folse along with many grandchildren, great grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews, his good buddy Henry, and dog Nelly. Clift retired from American Can Company, and Ochsner Foundation Hospital, and until his passing Hammond State School.
