Kitty Roxanne Boley, age 59 of Carrier Mills, IL, passed away on Tuesday, February 23, 2016, at SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital, Centralia. Kitty was born on December 5, 1956, in Poplar Bluff, MO, a daughter to Franklin Alexander and Emma Edna (Hovis) Campbell. She married Jerry Lee Boley and he preceded her in death on August 4, 2007.
She is survived by two sons, Eric Boley and Travis Boley, both of Herrin; a brother, Gary Campbell; three sisters, Charlotte Gholson, Lynn Morgans, and Marvia Perez; and a grandson, Dominick Boley.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Jerry; one sister, Patricia Head; and a brother, Alfred Campbell.
Kitty worked as a CNA in various nursing homes for many years. She enjoyed doing crossword puzzles in her free time and loved cooking and preparing for the holidays with her family. The loves of her life were her two sons, Eric and Travis, and her grandson, Dominick.
