Kim married Shannon Keith Robbins on June 9, 1996, they had two daughters.
Kim is survived by her husband; daughter Amanda Robbins, in-laws Veron and Cindy Gay, of Farmington, NM; sister Sondra Frank; nieces Mirabell Simpson and Julius Frank, of Santa Fe, NM; nephews Joe and John Frank, and their mom, Nanette Alaniz, of Evanston, WY; nephew Steven Frank and great niece Lexi, of Salkum, Washington; many cousins, aunt’s and uncles, and friends.
Kim is preceded in death by her parents, infant daughter Stephanie, brother John F. Frank, grandparents, aunt’s, uncles, cousins, and friends. She will be missed by everyone who loved her. Our hearts are heavy with sorrow.
