Kimberly Dawn (Hudson) Stilwell was born October 16, 1966, to Robert and Sheila (Mee) Hudson in Parsons, Kansas. The daughter of missionaries, she spent her childhood in Mexico, Nicaragua, El Salvador, and Peru. It was in Lima, Peru, that she met her future husband, Jeff Stilwell, at a school for missionary children. They were married on July 31, 1987, in Altoona, Iowa.
At a young age, Kim made a personal decision to accept Jesus Christ as her Savior. She faithfully walked with God throughout her life. Kim homeschooled her five children, was faithful in her local church, and was known for serving those around her. She enjoyed literature, writing, and spending time with people.
Kim wrote for the NICHE Home School Magazine and also served with her husband as a cook for Bold Survival.
Kim entered the presence of her Lord on July 22, 2021. She will be remembered for her kindness and love toward others.
Kim is preceded in death by her father Robert (Bob) Hudson and her eight unborn children, Jeffrey Joel, Angela Grace, Junior Anne, Joy, Jamie, Jordan, Jay Jay, and Jony Stilwell. She is survived by her husband Jeffrey Stilwell, mother Sheila Mee, step-father Fred Gilbert, sister Kara Hudson, stepmother Donna Hudson, children Joshua, daughter in-law Alissa Stilwell, Joseph, Josiah, Jessica, and Jennifer Stilwell, and granddaughter Kate Stilwell. Her body is at rest in Byers/Cory Cemetery, awaiting the resurrection of the dead.
