Kimberly Ann Delano of Federalsburg, Md., gained her wings on Friday, April 27, 2018 at Mercy Medical Center with the comfort of her daughter, Jazmyn and family by her side. She was 44 years old.
Born in Easton, MD., on September 17, 1973, Kimberly was the daughter of JoAnn Delano and the late Robert Mark Delano of Federalsburg, Md.
Kimberly graduated from North Dorchester High School in 1992.
Kimberly is survived by a loving family; her two children, Joshua Delano of Federalsburg, Md., and Jazmyn Delano of Westminster, Md.; two sisters, Kelly Johnson and her husband Rodney Johnson of Denton, Md., and Nicki Delano of Ocean City, Md; two grandchildren, Ava and Sunni Delano; Special lifelong friends; Christy Sparks, Amy Harding, and Tracey Hammond; Special nieces and nephew; Tamia Goslee, Leon “lil duke” Spry Jr, and Zakira Batson; A bundle of godchildren, friends and family.
Kimberly was preceded in death by a special aunt, Diana Loftus.
Kimberly had a wonderful life. It was full of happy and loving experiences. There was nothing more she enjoyed about life than being a mother, a grandmother and opening her doors to everyone in need.
