Kimberly Ann Court, age 20, of Salem, Ohio died at 11:30 a.m. Sunday, December 9, 2012 in Cleveland. She was born July 12, 1992 in Elizabethton, Tennessee, the daughter of Terry L. Court and Pamela S. (Pettit) Court. Kimberly was a 2010 Salem High School graduate and had been an officer with the T.S.A. in Cleveland. Survivors include her father, Terry Court of Atwater; a mother, Pamela Court and stepfather, Bill Lyda of Salem; a sister, Megan N. Court of Salem; a stepsister, Taylor Pinion of Louisville; and a brother, William J. Lyda of Salem. She was a loving daughter and sister, who will be greatly missed.
