Kimberly (Andrews) Corrente died at home Saturday, October 15, with her family by her side. She leaves her devoted husband of 30 years, Todd Corrente and their 2 sons, Zach, of Pawtucket, RI, and Jake, of Sutton. In addition, Kim is survived by her parents, Frederick “Andy” and Carol (Webber) Andrews, of Braintree, and 2 sisters: Chrissy Dirrane and her husband Padriac, of Braintree, and Lisa Fagan and her husband Richie, of Weymouth. Aunt Kimmy will be missed by many nieces and nephews as well.
Kim was born June 12, 1969, in Weymouth. She grew up in Braintree and graduated in 1987 from Braintree High School. After high school she attended community college and eventually graduated Summa Cum Laude from Becker College with a degree in education. She and her family moved to Sutton 24 years ago after living in St. Charles, MO. Kim always worked with children; the last 10 years she was a paraprofessional at the Mill Pond School in Westborough where she was fondly known as “Mrs. C”.
Kim enjoyed being by the water, whether the beach or backyard pool; she loved bird watching and feeding the backyard birds. Kim loved exploring local wineries on the weekends. She was a tried-and-true football mom, never missing one of Jake’s games.
