Kim Marie Rambo Reinmuth, 58, of Great Falls, passed away on Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at Peace Hospice in Great Falls following a lengthy illness.
Kim was born on June 3, 1958 to Millie and Art Rambo. Shew as raised on the family farm in Gildford and graduated from KG High School in 1976. She was an accomplished self-taught artist. Her motto was “the more detail, the better the drawing.” She won many juried and people’s choice awards, and has been featured in many regional and national magazines. Kim was commissioned to do drawings for several notable organizations including, the Denver Broncos, Roy Rogers and Dale Evans for the Happy Trails Foundation. She was personally invited to meet with them and golfed in a celebrity tournament. One of her greatest accomplishments was being chosen to exhibit her artwork in the prestigious C.M. Russell Art Show, of which she also participated in the Quick Draw.
Kim was married to Mark Reinmuth of Havre and they had two sons, Ryan and Tyler. They later divorced, and she moved to Great Falls. In recent years, she worked at the Holiday Store in Fox Farm, in addition to drawing until ill health forced her to retire. She loved the morning coffee crew and loved working where “everyday was a Holiday!”
Kim is survived by her beloved sons, Ryan and Tyler; her beloved dog, Muddy Mess; sisters, Kathy Glock, Karen Ferris; brothers, Steve Rambo and Curt Rambo; numerous nieces, nephews, and uncles.
