Kevin is survived by his parents, 2 sisters Amy (Dan) Meyer and their twin daughters, London and Eastyn Meyer, and Heather Starkey all of Norfolk and his grandmother Irene Hansen of Wayne.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents Donald Hansen and Keith and Marie Starkey.
