Kevin was born June 29, 1967 in Bloomington, IL the son of Donald Clifford Kelley and Dianne (Warren) Kelley. He was united in marriage to Deborah Steele on June 1, 1996 who survives as well as his parents and children. Chad of Vicksburg, MI and Ashley of Kalamazoo.
He has one granddaughter Layla Nelson, who he adored. Kevin loved everything Michigan has to offer. He loved fishing and hunting and the peacefulness of the woods and wild life, especially in the fall and winter. He has a beautiful collection of photos he has taken of wild life.
