Keri Rebecca Miller, born April 23rd of 1987, passed away at home on February 10th, 2022. She was born at Methodist Hospital in Des Moines, Iowa and resided in Pleasant Hill, Iowa. She graduated from Southeast Polk High School. She was a beloved daughter, sister, aunt, and friend to many.
Keri was a joy to be around. She inspired all who knew her with her abundant creativity and enthusiasm. She loved to cook and always had to tweak the recipe a little to make it her own! She had her own recipe printed in a Taste of Home magazine.
She loved her nieces and nephew very much. She was always thinking of them since they lived in Nebraska and she was unable to spend a lot of time with them. Her cat Dante was another one of her loves. He has been by her side for the last 10 years.
Keri was a wonderful and thoughtful daughter, sister, friend, granddaughter, aunt, and cousin. Keri was a fighter while she was sick over the last few years.
I would like everyone to remember all the fun times that we have had and what a blessing it was to love and know Keri.
Keri is survived by her parents Jim and Diane Miller of Pleasant Hill; sister, Amie (Doug) Lovegrove of Waverly, Nebraska; nieces, Reese, Savannah, and Ivy; nephew, Brady; grandpa, Norman Frederick of Knoxville, Iowa; and many cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
