Kenny Richey White, age 66 of Osgood, IN entered into rest on August 25, 2013 after a brief battle with lung cancer. Kenny left this life surrounded by family members who loved him dearly.
He was born in Batesville, IN on November 20, 1946 to the parents of Orville Eugene & Rachel Etta Richey White.
Graduated from Jac-Cen-Del High School in 1964Vietnam Army VeteranHad been with the Osgood Fire Department from 1973-1993Past employee from 1969- 1997 of C & R Parts of Osgood which later became Hoosier PartsHad been employed at the Rising Star Casino of Rising Sun, IN for 16 years.
Survivors: Loving 30 year companion, Brenda Hook Leach Osgood Brothers all of Osgood: Harley (Ruth) White Tom (Linda) White, Dennis (Christy) White Adopted daughter, Tina Foster Montague of Lexington, KY, Brenda’s Three Daughters: Connie Schinaman & Cathy Scroggs both of Cincinati, OH. Marsha (Jeff) Mersch of Holton, IN.
Kenny also was like a grandfather to Brenda’s two grandsons, Jonah Mersch & Nicholas Schinaman .
