Kenny was a Charter member of Rescue 69 and Task Unit 1, helping to achieve their standing in the community today. He was also a member of the Osgood Fire Department for many years.
Kenny was proceeded in death by his parents and one son, Steven Douglas. He is survived by wife Inia at home, along with son Nicholas and wife Cassie Hill of Cambridge City, IN; daughter Candice and husband Michael Goddard of Benham, IN and daughter Cassandra and husband Randy Hornsby of Benham. He is also survived by grandchildren Cheyenne, Cherokee, Shawnee, and Maddison, along with several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a brother and sister.
