Mr. Kenneth “Ken” Walker Gatlin, Sr., age 74, of Valley passed away on Monday, May 11, 2015 at the EAMC Lanier Hospital.
Mr. Gatlin was born on June 18, 1940 in West Point, Georgia to the late, James Colley Gatlin and Ethelene Colley.
He was a member of Rocky Mount Baptist Church, Lake Harding Community.
He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Claudie Yancey Gatlin; sons, Yancey Gatlin, Huguley, Kenneth (Leticia) Gatlin, Jr., Morongo Valley, CA; brother, Richard Gatlin; grandchildren, Daniel Gatlin and Brandie Gatlin.
He was preceded in death by his siblings, Colley Gatlin, Jr. and Gaylene Adams.
Mr. Gatlin was retired after 55 years in the banking industry. He was a very active and involved member of his church.
