Kenneth M. Theisen, age 74, of Geneva, passed away Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at Delnor Hospital in Geneva, Illinois.
He was born October 3, 1946 in West Bend, Wisconsin, the son of Lloyd and Charlotte (Zuelsdurf) Theisen.
Ken was a geologist and environmental scientist who worked for Kerr-McGee until 1985 and then at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency where he retired in 2010. He loved trap shooting, golfing, and gardening and was an avid Green Bay Packers fan.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years Sharon (Stawicki) of Geneva; children Demaree (Alex) Collier of Geneva; Cherise (Justin) Heinz of Geneva; grandchildren Cameron Heinz and Mia Collier; sister Karen (Mark) Vendl of Elgin; and many dear relatives and friends.
