He is preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Nora Nipper; brother, Mitchell Nipper; and sister, Shirley Tripp.
He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Sharon Ellen Sandefur Nipper, of Okeechobee, Fl; son, Kenneth Michael Nipper (Tracy), of Okeechobee, Fl; daughters, Sharri Lynn Nipper Crisino (Lenny) and Lissa Michelle Nipper Dawson (Scott), of Okeechobee, Fl; grandchildren, Nick Steen, Lance Nipper, Mia Schneider, Jaxx Eades, Autumn Cross, Kaylie Cross, Jon Crisino, Sara Crisino and Pyke Dawson; brother by heart and soul, Ivan Roland, of Cairo, GA; and numerous friends and family.
