Kenneth Roy Eggli

Kenneth Roy Eggli, 68, passed away Tuesday, May 10, 2016 at his home in Uintah with his family by his side.

He was born September 7, 1947 in Tremonton, Utah the son of Arthur Aaron and Elva Janes Eggli.

He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.

He was a school bus mechanic for Weber School District. Kenneth worked as a truck driver for Don Medell and Son.

He married Shirley Medell on February 23, 1973 in the Ogden Temple.

Kenneth graduated from Bear River High School. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He served as Elders Quorum President, Ward Clerk, Ward Executive Secretary, Stake Mission Leader. He served for 17 years as Ward Librarian. Kenneth served an LDS Mission in Ireland.

He loved motor cycle riding, antique cars, hunting, camping and being with his family.

He is survived by his wife, Shirley, children: Kurtis Gene Eggli, Emily Eggli (Jorge) Hernandez, three grandchildren, Jonathon Earl-Eggli, Skyler Kenneth Eggli Hernandez, Dylan Jorge Hernandez and one brother, Robert Aaron (Terri)Eggli.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Gene Arthur Eggli.
