Kenneth Ray Oliver, 58, passed away on November 13, 2013 in Phoenix, Arizona. He proudly served his country for 13 years in the U.S. Army.
He was preceded in death by his parents Israel Odell and Carrie Mae Oliver. He is survived by one daughter, Ginger Oliver; three grandchildren; three brothers, Melvin (Levon) Oliver, James (Sandra) Oliver, and Tyrone (Crystal) Oliver; three sisters, Carrie E. Oliver, Loretta Yvonne Oliver, and Denise Oliver, a host of other relatives and friends.
