Kenneth R. Lomelino, 76, of Jacksonville, passed away peacefully at his home on Thursday, November 18, 2021.
He was born Dec. 23, 1944, in Morgan County, the son of Carl Ray and Bertha Tribble Lomelino. He married Yvonne McDannald on Jan. 15, 1966, in Jacksonville, and she survives.
He is also survived by one son, Joshua (Emily) Lomelino; one granddaughter, Sophie Lomelino, all of Jacksonville; and one sister, Debbie (Buzz) Ratliff. He was preceded in death by his parents; and four brothers, Jerry, John, Mike and Bill.
Kenneth worked for Central Laborers for over thirty-two years and was a proud union member for over fifty years. He enjoyed going to yard sales, working on his home, and just being with Yvonne. He especially loved hunting with his son, and spending time with his granddaughter, “Sophie Baby”, and his beloved dog, Patch.
