He was born in Maysville on March 27, 1952 son of Lucille Lang Brooks of Maysville and the late Raymond Brooks.
Survivors include his wife, Angela Crase Brooks. 3 daughters, Charis Dione Brooks, Harmonie Brooks, Mellodie Brooks; 2 sons, Blake Brooks and Aaron Brooks. 3 grandchildren and 1 great grand child. 4 sisters, Valerie Davis, Audrey Vandivier, Rita (Cecil) Mobley and Marilyn Johnson and a host of other family and friends.
