Kenneth Paul Bolyard, 82 of Fellowsville, WV, passed away Sunday, November 10, 2013 at Ruby Memorial Hospital surrounded by his loving family. He was born May 26, 1931 in Newburg, WV, son of the late Russell Laurence and Mary Elizabeth Wolfe Bolyard. Ken was a U.S. Army veteran. He was a Mason for over fifty years and served as Past Master of AF&AM Masonic Lodge #5 in Middletown, DE. He began his teaching career in Smoot, WV then taught in Middletown, DE and retired as Assistant Principal of Sun Valley High School in Aston, PA. He leaves his loving wife of 61 years, Donalda Poling Bolyard, with this – “When tomorrow starts without me, don’t think we’re far apart, for every time you think of me, I’m right here, in your heart.” He is also survived by his children Ken Bolyard, Jr.; Diamelen Bowman (Michael); Phil Bolyard and Don Bolyard (Sandy); nine grandchildren, Dana Calica, Tamara Bosco, Brandon Bolyard, Lauren Bolyard, Donald Bolyard, Jr., Katelyn Bolyard, Mallory Bolyard, Michael Bowman, Jr., Brad Bowman; eight great-grandchildren, Rhea Calica, Nicholas Calica, Cade Bosco, Delaney Bosco, Rhiannon Bosco, Colleen Nicholson, Holten Bosco, Elizabeth Nicholson; he is also survived by one sister-in-law, Marjorie Bolyard; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Ken was preceded in death by two brothers, Laurence and Ralph Bolyard.
