On Wednesday, March 8, 2023 Kenneth Carroll Sr. passed away. He was the loving husband of the late Ruth Doris Carroll (nee Kraft) and the father of Ken N. Carroll Jr. (Mary), Wayne C. Carroll Sr. (Patricia Ann) and Kathleen M. Betts (Barry). Kenneth was also survived by his grandchildren Wayne Carroll Jr., Holly P. Kramer (Eric), Candice Ridley (Clinton), April Betts and Barry Betts Jr. He has many other relatives and friends that will miss him greatly.
