Kenneth L. Higgins, passed peacefully on 6-5-2022 surrounded by his loving family. Born 9-25-1948 to June and Michael Higgins. He was a proud graduate of Louisville Male High School class of 1966.
He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Bonnie (Tanner) Higgins; his sister, Patricia Higgins; his brother, Michael Higgins; four children, Kenneth Todd (Kristin), Kymberly (Randall) Downs, Elizabeth (Adam) Cummings and Amy Higgins.
He loved coaching and playing baseball and was very involved in Beechmont Little League. He recently coached the Oldham County Special Olympics Bowling Team. He loved watching his grandchildren participating in baseball, basketball, cross country, cheerleading, swimming, and gymnastics.
