Kenneth L. Tapp, 63, Rock Spring, Ga., passed away Tuesday, June 7, 2011, peacefully in a local hospital. He was co owner along with his brother, Donnie Tapp of Tapp Air Conditioning and Heating Company. Mr. Tapp was of the Baptist faith and was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Frances Tapp. Survivors include wife of 44 years, Jan Tapp; son, David (Missy) Tapp; daughter, Deborah Ray; father, Jack Tapp; brothers, Larry (Patty) Tapp, Donnie (Brenda) Tapp, Roger (Wilda) Tapp; grandchildren, Erik Hull, Daisy Davis, Jack Ryan Tapp and Scott Boring; nieces and nephews, Shane (Melissa) Tapp, Jennifer (Charlie) Keplinger, Rhonda (Chris) Eaves, Beth Tapp and Trevor (Jessica) Tapp.
