He is survived by his Wife whom he married in 1957: Juanita Streets Hofer. One Son: Randy Hofer of Louisville, Kentucky. Two Daughters: Bonnie & husband Alan Ritchie of Middletown. Kathy & husband Jerry Hoganson of Oxford, Michigan. One Sister: Pauline Gunkle of North Webster. Four Grandchildren: Jason Ritchie, Erin Ritchie and Clint Ritchie of Middletown. Brandy & husband Larry Gabriele of Scotsdale, Arizona. One Great Grandchild: Vinny Gabriele of Scotsdale, Arizona.
Several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his Parents: Jacob & Edna Glass Hofer. Three Sisters: Ruth Clark, Bernice Garrett and Lucile Hofer. One Brother: Alan Tucker.
