Kenneth Gibson, 48, of Three Oaks, Michigan died Monday, October 10, 2011, at his home, surrounded by his loving family. Kenny was born June 11, 1963, in Michigan City to James and Zelma (Lewis) Gibson.
He graduated in 1981 from New Buffalo High School and was a truck driver for Michiana Gas Company. On November 25, 1998, he married Analinda Sokolowski in Three Oaks. Kenny enjoyed playing Poker, camping, fishing, coaching, and restoring cars. He was an avid NASCAR fan and loved his family dearly.
Survivors include his wife, Analinda; children, Brittany Sokolowski of Three Oaks, Amanda Gibson of Michigan City, Nicole Gibson, Kenneth Gibson Jr., and Kaden Gibson, of Three Oaks; His mother Zelma Sergent of Three Oaks; sister, Rose (Irwin) Lee of New Buffalo, brothers Roger (Susan) Gibson of Galien, Wayne (Peggy) Gibson of Michigan City and David Gibson along with many nieces, nephews and childhood friends Kurt Maitland and Bobby Fischer.
He was preceded in death by his father, James, and by his son, Darin.
