Kenneth Garrel Guffey, 75, of Viola, Arkansas, passed away Friday, December 8, 2017 at Southfork Therapy and Living Center in Salem, Arkansas.
He was born in Optimus, Arkansas on November 19, 1942, son of the late Erple Lorene (Blair) and Henry Kay Guffey. Kenneth spent his life as a loving son, brother, father, grandfather and great grandfather. During his working years, he worked in construction, logging and carpentry.
Kenneth is survived by his daughters, Sherry Hensley and husband Dennis of Vilonia, Arkansas and Gayla Gould and husband Terry of Viola, Arkansas; four grandchildren, Christina Hensley, Alisha Hogue and husband Jesse all of Vilonia, Arkansas, Daniel Hensley and wife Bailey of Greenbrier, Arkansas and Beth Gould of Viola, Arkansas; four great grandchildren, Jaden Hogue, Zaelyn Hensley, Everly Hensley and Stella Hensley; three sisters, Earlene Raymond and husband Don, Brenda Criswell and husband Glen all of Mountain View, Arkansas and Debbie Guffey of Viola, Arkansas and two brothers, Duane Guffey and wife Brenda of Viola, Arkansas and Kennard Guffey of Salem, Arkansas.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Kay and Erple Guffey.
