Kenneth E. Severit, 78, died Monday Jan. 28, 2013 in Franklin. He was a resident of Franklin and formerly of Fort Wayne. Ken was born March 11, 1934 in Belleville, ILL. He was an U.S. Air Force Veteran. He was owner and operator of an Insurance agency for more than 30 years, retiring in 1996. Ken enjoyed playing golf, bowling and boating.
Survivors include, his wife, Paula (Watkins) Severit of Franklin, six children, James (Samantha) Severit, Marlyn Severit, and Robin (Ron) Peconge all of Ft. Wayne, Brian (Pam) Hodson and Max C.(Chrissy) Hudson both of Franklin and Kelli (Lee) Terrell of Australia, ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Helen (Oplt) Severit and a daughter, Tracy Crider.
