Kenneth E. Goldy, 98, of Duboistown died Saturday, January 5, 2019 at his home in Brooksville, Fla.
Born May 25, 1920 in Binghamton, NY he was a son of the late Clyde K. and Mildred I. Jamison Goldy.
Kenneth was a graduate of Williamsport High School. He served in the Army Air Corp in the European Theater during World War II. Kenneth was a life member of VFW Post 844 and American Legion Post 617 where he served as past Post Commander. He was also a member of the Loyal Order of Moose and enjoyed traveling and dancing.
Surviving are his wife, Lois Winters-Goldy; a daughter, Lynn Fravel of Las Vegas, NV; grandchildren Brett Fravel of Parish, FL and Lance Fravel of Las Vegas, NV; a sister, Grace Beisel of Bailey, CO; seven great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his first wife Ivy Goldy; a granddaughter, Traci Fravel and step son, Scott Winters.
