Kenneth C. Lassen, 93, of Summit Drive, Orange, known to those who loved him as “Popsie”, passed away Dec. 21, 2010 in YaleNew HavenHospital. He was the beloved husband of Leona “Lee” Lassen. Ken was born in New HavenMay 25, 1917, son of the late Ervin W. and Mae Oneto Lassen. As the third generation proprietor/owner of Louis’ Lunch on Crown St. in Downtown New Haven, he fought tirelessly to move and expand the business and building from George & Temple St.
