HEUSER, Kenneth A. passed away Sunday afternoon, March 31, 2013. Ken was born September 3, 1930, in Hartford, MI the son of Eugene and Marjorie Rush Heuser, and had been a lifelong resident in the Kalamazoo area.
He was a veteran serving in the U.S. Army 4th Tank Division. Ken was a graduate of Michigan State University; and enjoyed gardening, hunting, and walking his dogs. Prior to his retirement, he worked for 18 years with Jim Gilmore Pontiac as a master salesman. On March 27, 1954, he was united in marriage to his loving wife of 59 years, the former Keda Springsteen, who survives.
Also, surviving are his sons, Greg Shelly Heuser, Mark Colleen Heuser, Brad Tanya Heuser; grandchildren, Jason Heuser, Jon Briana Heuser, Molly, and Amanda Heuser; a brother, Wallace Heuser; half-brother, Earl Heuser; and several nieces and nephews.
Ken was preceded in death by his parents; stepmother, Pauline; grandson, Logan; and half-brother, David.
