Ken was a graduate of Idaho Falls High School and following, completed school with trade work. Afterwards, Ken married Sandra Hawkins, high school sweet heart, following high school and together, they had two sons, Rod and Shane. They later divorced. Ken then married Margret Elg where he took on four more boys: Mike, Chuck, Boyd, and James. Ken and Margret were together for many years and later divorced. During his career, Ken worked at Idaho National Laboratory as a er for 20 years until he retired at the age of 45 due to medical reasons. Ken was a permanent customer at North Highway Café, always enjoyed getting a cup of coffee with his buddies every day.
