Kelsey Wilkins, 44, of Junction City, passed away Sunday, August 19, 2018 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born November 20, 1973 in Bloomington, son of Donald Ray Wilkins and Una Kay (Ream) Anderson.
He married Paula Mullins on August 22, 1994 and she survives in Junction City. In addition to his wife of 23 years, Paula Wilkins of Junction City, he is also survived by two sons: Justin Wilkins and fiancé Brandy Hookway of Junction City and Shane Wilkins and girlfriend Savannah Estes of Junction City; a grandson: Wyatt Phillip Wilkins of Junction City; a brother: Jerome Wilkins, Sr. and wife Tammy of Junction City; six nephews: Jerome “JR” Wilkins, Jr., Ben Wilkins, Charlie Wilkins, Brandon McClelland, Brandon Solesbee and Dane Solesbee; two nieces: Mandy Wilkins and Mariah Wilkins; father-in-law and mother-in-law: Dennis Mullins and wife Madella of Junction City; and a brother-in-law: David Mullins of Junction City. He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister: Alanna Kay Wilkins, grandparents: Bert Wilkins and Ida Mae Wilkins.
Kelsey enjoyed playing computer games, working on cars and computers, and fishing. His greatest enjoyment was spending time with his family and friends.
