Survivors include; Wife; Tracy Lockhart; Two sons; Alaxander Bird, Muncie; Nicholas Allred, Muncie; One daughter; Crystal Rowles (husband-Travis); Grandchildren; Chloey, Caileigh, Trenton, Alaina, and Landon; One brother; Darren Lockhart (wife-Darla); One sister-in-law; Dawn Lockhart; One step-brother; Tim Basey (wife-Diane); Two step-sisters; Tobey Rodecap (husband- Larry), Jody Perkins (husband- Bobbie); Step-mother; Bev Lockhart; Mother in-law; Marty (Husband- Bill) Terrell; Father in-law; Steve (wife-Jan) Gilkison; Sister-in-law Kim Gilkison ( Companion Chris) Sebastian Fla.; Brothers- in-law; Robert (wife-Mellissia) Gilkison, Muncie and Steven (wife-Kari) Gilkinson, Marion. Kelly also has several aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, and cousins with too many friends to count. The family pets Tidbit and Princess (who was his baby) will also miss him.
