Departed this life peacefully on Sunday, October 25, 2015 at Howard County General Hospital. He is survived by his loving wife, Clarine; two daughters, Tiffany and Cynthia Moore; three grandsons, Kelly, Kevin and Keith; one great granddaughter; two sisters, Ima Taylor and Ola Mae Moore and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many other friends He was preceded in death by his son, Kelly Eugene Moore.
