Kelly was currently employed in telemarketing in Lafayette. For many years, she was a waitress at China Lane in Logansport. Kelly was a 1980 graduate of Logansport High School.
Surviving are her parents, Robert and Carol Douglas Carroll, Logansport; Son: Tyler James Buell, Logansport; Sisters and a brother-in-law: Krista Jaine Carroll and Kim and Shawn McLochlin, all of Logansport; Nieces and nephews: Shadd, Drake and Laine McLochlin, all of Logansport; Aunts and Uncles: Judy and John Dutton, Kenneth City, FL; Richard and Bonnie Carroll, Ft. Wayne; Priscilla Ann and Robert Witt, Jr., Hudson, IN; Cindy and Tom LaDow, Logansport; Good and loving friend: Chris Widner, Lafayette Several cousins also survive.
