On May 15, 2006, Kelly L. Irvine passed on. Kelly was a good man who is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Ella Irvine; his lovely daughter, Melissa Hallenbeck, and her husband, Doug; his dear grand-daughter, Kylie Rose; his brothers, Bud, Keith, Pat and Nelson Irvine; and his sisters, Eva Ramsey and Evalina Hughes. Kelly was preceded in death by his loving parents, Nannie and Leo Irvine; his brother, Danny Irvine; and his sister, Josephine Irvine. Kelly was born in Lexington, Virginia.

He was a member of the US Marine Corps from 1960 to 1964. He was a member of the Baltimore Attachment of the Marine Corps League. Kelly worked hard throughout his life to one day achieve his dream, which he did. He built his business, Kelly’s Weld-Em-Up shop in Brooklyn, MD, through his hard work and dedication. He has owned this business for 33 years. He was a man who was dedicated to both his business and his family. Kelly was a very giving man. He occasionally volunteered for ‘Meals On Wheels’. Kelly also enjoyed many hobbies. He enjoyed gardening, cooking, hunting, gambling and walking. He was very proud to be an American.
