Kelly Anne Jackson Drennan, 41 of Port Hadlock, Washington, was called from this life to join her mom in heaven on April 11, 2016 due to a brief battle with cancer.
Kelly was born in Caldwell, Idaho, on April 29, 1974 to Dan and Sandi Jackson. She attended the Nampa and Vallivue schools and graduated from Vallivue High School in 1992. Kelly met the love of her life, Tim Drennan, while attending the College of Southern Idaho. They were married for 22 incredible years. From the beginning, Kelly always had a nurturing and protective spirit. She was known for her kindness and love for others. She had an infectious smile that lit up a room, she was genuine and overwhelmed others with her generosity. She took great joy in loving her husband, sister, nieces and nephews and other family and friends. Kelly’s determination and care for others was evident as she began participating in The Relay for Life in honor of her momma and all those who have lost someone to cancer. She became a faithful leader for The North Kitsap Relay for Life. She also served in her local Community Soup and in many other ways, as she had a knack for recognizing the needs of all of those around her.
Kelly is survived by her husband Tim Drennan, and his family; sister, Kristi and husband, Jake Christensen; sister, Kim Adams; brother, Marc Isom; grandmother, Pauline Cupp; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and other extended family. She is also survived by her best friend of 35 years, Mari DeLeon, amongst other special friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, grandfather Chuck Cupp, and grandparents Ralph & Mary Jackson.
