Kelli Smith, age 73, went home to be with Our Lord peacefully on Thursday February 10, 2022 at her residence with her husband by her side. She was born September 2, 1948 in Ft. Knox, Kentucky.Kelli was a Winter Texan of Harlingen the past eight years. Kelli had a kind soul with a heart of gold, she was an animal lover and loved taking drives to Port Mansfield to feed the deer, especially every year on Christmas Day. She also loved her time at the lodge on SPI where she enjoyed playing golf, boating and wearing flip flops. Her love for life and beautiful memory will always be cherished by her loving and devoted husband, Stephen Wayne Smith, her daughter, Jennifer Harper, her sister, Mary Ann O’Brien-Rickard (Bo Richard) and nephew, Bobby O’Brien.
