Keith Warby 81, loving husband, father and grandfather passed away Friday, January 25, 2013 of heart failure in a Yuma Arizona hospital. He was born July 9, 1931, in Green River, Wyoming to Glen and Mabel Katzenmeyer Warby. He graduated from Green River High School in Wyoming in 1951. He was married 61 years to the love of his life, Evelyn Brown Warby.
Keith retired from the Union Pacific Railroad after 43 years of service. He loved spending time with family and friends. Loved camping, fishing, snowmobiling, water fights, dancing and playing 31 and don’t forget all the pranks he played.
Keith is survived by his loving wife, Evelyn Brown Warby a “real keeper”; three daughters, Brenda (Richard) Dayton, Hooper, Utah; Linda (Dennis) Melaney, Layton, Utah; and Rhonda (Mark deceased) Vlaanderen, South Ogden, Utah; eight grandchildren, one stepgrandson, ten great-grandchildren and one great-grandchild on the way and six stepgreat-grandchildren; one sister, Darlene Shepherd, Green River, Wyoming; brother, Jerry (Margaret) Warby, Yuma, Arizona and many cousins, nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Preceded in death by parents, Glen and Mabel Warby; three sisters, Karen Warby, Glenda Borzea and Pat Wood and son, Calvin Keith Warby.
